Jonathon Vopinek

CEO & President

Jonathon has always been clear about his path in life and his profession. He earned a degree in Business Administration from Biola University, with a minor in Biblical Studies, and a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. After completing his studies, he launched his career with Interstate before joining Marriott International where he held a number of leadership roles in sales and operations. He was instrumental in the conceptualization and construction of Marriott’s sales transformation organization, and to this day, he maintains an active role on Marriott’s Owner Advisory Council.

Jonathon’s achievements at Marriott earned him industry recognition and led him to R.D. Olson Development where he served as the Executive Vice President of Operations & Asset Management. He was responsible for the performance of R.D. Olson’s $1 billion portfolio of full service, select service and luxury hotels. He was also charged with the feasibility, programming, and branding of R.D. Olson’s development deals and corporate marketing. Notably, in 2020 all hotels in R.D. Olson’s portfolio stayed open and produced positive net operating income while making every debt service payment on time.

Today, the culmination of Jonathon’s commitment to superior service and his personal devotion to philanthropy is realized in the launch of White Label Asset Management. Jonathon and his team of experts are increasing the value of hotels for owners and investors and enriching lives by donating 10% of total revenue to Savannah’s Reach, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping medically fragile and abandoned children.

OUR MISSION

WHY WE DO IT

White Label Asset Management was borne of two deeply personal, passionate devotions: caring for the well-being of hotels and of medically fragile children in need. Both reflect a core belief of White Label’s founder: that there is nothing more rewarding in life than putting people first with humility and heart.

How people navigate personal tragedy speaks volumes about their character and resiliency. For some, it’s a chance to turn pain into a powerful vehicle for bringing goodness to the greater community. For White Label’s founder, the world changed in an instant when he lost his precious young daughter to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).

From grief and loss sprung hope and dignity for the world’s medically fragile, abandoned and orphaned children through the creation of Savannah’s Reach— a 501(c)3 nonprofit that honors his daughter’s legacy. The organization is also the beating heart of White Label, created in large part to expand the direct impact of Savannah’s Reach even further through a pledge to donate 10% of all revenue to the foundation.
